Get your Security Guard Card days after training is completing!
California State Law requires that a California security guard
must have in his/her possession a valid security guard registration card.
In order to get a security guard certification in California, you must first complete an 8-hour session of security guard card training. This will allow you to be hired as a security guard, but you still aren’t registered.
Security Guard card registration requires you to complete another 16 hours of training within the first 30 days after you are hired, and an additional 16 hours again within 6 months.
